MS Dynamics CRM 2013 Changes updates
Availability and Pricing
 

This is now available for users of MS CRM Online and all MS CRM 2011 Online sites were converted starting in October last year to MS CRM 2013.

However, our preferred versions for supporting our clients are:-

  • Hosted Version
  • On-Premise Licences

MAS Customer Satisfaction Survey Results from 2013

We conducted our “2013 Customer Satisfaction Survey”  during November with a large number of telephone calls as well as reminder emails and an online survey. 

Due to the nature of using an outbound independent telemarketeer over three days and spread over two different weeks, but we were not able to contact everyone and of course not everyone was available or indeed had a comment to make..

Windows XP and Office 2003
Support ends on 8th April -What to do now!
 

A note on MS Windows XP and MS Office 2003

You maybe aware that MS Windows XP will no longer be supported after April 2014 and you may need to start to make plans now.

Your own IT hardware supplier will no doubt be letting you now about this change, but be aware that more modern Windows systems may not support or be compatible with any older CRM systems such as older versions of ...
