Many of our clients are combining their use of Social Media with CRM for help in prospecting. This 3 hour course focuses on giving delegates a proven and systematic approach to creating more business from social media….which of course then needs to be managed through your CRM system!
These courses enable clients to fully embrace the benefits of how social media can help to develop new leads and generate more sale opportunities.

*Workshops last 3 hours. Mornings, usually 9.15 to 12.15 at both London and Worcester venues. Generally we have between 5-8 delegates on a course to ensure adequate interaction and support.
