This is now available for users of MS CRM Online and all MS CRM 2011 Online sites were converted begining in October and should be completed by the end of this month. You could only delay the update within a 120 day window.
However, our preferred version for supporting our clients are:-

MAS are now updating our own training materials to reflect the new "look and feel" as well as the MAS website which will be available during March.
Microsoft also increased our cost prices again this January (this is now twice in fourteen months!), so those clients moving to MS CRM 2013, the new per user per month price will increase to £42.50+VAT per user.
For your migration, we have found that education and preparation are the key. However, the good news is that for those clients on Hosted and On-Premise you do have a choice when to embrace this change. This gives you time to liaise with MAS and plan any user training either by ourselves (Onsite or by webinar) or by your own trainer. Hence, our development of some customised manuals explaining the changes, although the MS User Guide is available now from our website.
Each client will be contacted over the coming weeks to review and demonstrate this new ‘look and feel’ and then produce a joint plan.
