New “CRM Coaching” Service Introduced

Earlier this month we introduced this new service, developed from our very successful LinkedIn for Sales Results Workshops.  We are have now adapted these techniques to develop our new CRM Coaching Service.

This service supports and complements our existing training and is aimed at the more experienced or Advanced User who needs ad hoc or specialist additional knowledge and support in developing their ability to leverage more of their CRM system.

CRM Coaching is available in blocks of one or two hours to meet key objectives and  is supported remotely. The coaching  topics can be of your choice, but for each product we now have a sample selection of topics.

Using a typcial recent example from a SAGE CRM Coaching project, this was for 2 hours and included:-

  • Report development
  • Conditional Custom fields
  • Conditional Tabs application

The intention is to give your own Administrators and Advanced User the extra knowledge and confidence and most importantly to apply this new knowledge to solve practical issues or enhance the use of the CRM system.
