Introduction

As mentioned in our last newsletter, MAS are evolving and adding more capability to enable us to offer you a single-stop Sales and Marketing Technology advice and selection centre of excellence.

However, in this newsletter the focus will remain on the CRM Product portfolio primarily and highlights a new Cloud and On-Premise solution, Maximizer CRM, which we have added to our portfolio, the next newsletter will have another significant announcement later this month (whilst work goes on).

As a quick aside, in September, we completed this years annual Customer Satisfaction Survey of which, again, more news in the next issue...

In the last few months we have become certified and accredited on Maximizer CRM. 

This has meant an significant investment in training and deeper understanding of the product, but we found that Maximizers’ potential and market positioning fitted in well with our desire to be able to offer a mix of Cloud based and On-Premise (server) solutions together with the modern requirement for CRM to be able to be accessed on mobile devices as well as traditional PC or Mac such as on your Tablet or on your on your Mobile. Why was this product added... 

GoldMine released their latest version of the award winning GoldMine Premium Edition now known by the year of release as GMPE “2014.1” earlier in the Summer and MAS have now completed our own testing of this product as well as migrating internally to the latest version.

ACT! and ACT! Cloud

You may have seen the recent press, but Swiftpage, owners of ACT! have now sold off to Infor, the Sales Logix mid-market CRM product, this means that their total commitment is now to the SME brand ACT! so this has just been reinforced and great plans are expected over the coming months.

The first of which is the launch of ACT! v17 with strong addtional capabilities and the initial launch for smaller single users of the ACT! Cloud Web as a subscription product.....
