ACT! 2010 SAGECover support is being withdrawn during March 2013 and there are now upgrade promotions in place to encourage upgrades to the latest version ,SAGEACT! 2013.  Generally, ACT! policy is to withdraw support after 2 years of last release.

GoldMine Mobile 9.3 version is now officially launched and we will be completing our own tests this coming month to coincide with a fuller newsletter article on Mobile CRM and a new blog in March. GoldMine Mobile will also receive its own dedicated page in the new website.

Workbooks.com latest release was launched in January, this uniquely includes a voting system for users to vote for their next preferred change. This illustrates some of the advanced and creative thinking from a forward looking CRM company keen to listen to their clients.

SAGE CRM 7.2 was officially launched yesterday at the TFM show wih an emphasis on mobile CRM and Social media and will be available from April/May. The SAGE community announcement is here.  We will conducting our own testing and updating you in the next newsletter over what this features and the implications for any migration.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM introduced a price increase at the start of this year for all hosted MS CRM offerings and thus from 1st March, there will be our own price increase in the Hosted Monthly solution. Your Account Manager will be discussing this with you directly.
