MAS continue to believe that investment in training and keeping up to date is critical for clients to maximise their use of CRM  Whilst we mostly provide onsite training either in Half Day or Full day chunks, many clients continue to use our Scheduled Training course to send delegates to train new users or to refresh other users on how to get the most out of their system without the need or expense of an onsite visit.  We try to keep our CRM courses to a maximum of 4 delegates so that everyone has some 1 on 1 time to evolve their skills. This gives us the ability to deal with most questions.  You can now book online direct.

Social Media Workshops

For the first time, we have also started to include our Social Media "Linkedin For Business" Training course in this item. Increasingly the use of Social Media and CRM for prospecting, networking and creating opportunities is becoming ever more intertwined. This course focuses on providing a proven and systematic approach to creating more business from social media….which of course then needs to be managed through your CRM system!

These courses enable clients to fully embrace the benefits of how social media can help to develop new leads and this will to more opportunities.
