With our hosting partner, we are now able to offer migration to MS Dynamics CRM 2013  on a monthly, pay as you go option for existing clients.  New clients will automatically start on MS CRM 2013.

MS Dynamics CRM 2013 changes can be summarised as:-

• New User interface, reflecting Windows 8
• Improved ‘autosave’ when changing records
• Improved user workflow process which is clearer to users
• Office 365 integration
• Mobile access on tablets (e.g IPad)*
• Built-in Yammer for easier internal collaboration
• Built-in Skype and Microsoft Lync to facilitate calls and IM with colleagues and customers

*Having acquired an IPad myself recently for work purposes (Yes…Ed!) , I can vouch for how easy this is to work, out of the box! Really impressive!

Of course, with our Partner hosted model, you are able to migrate from your existing MS CRM 2011 version should you wish.
