As if to emphasise our new Linkedin added value coaching and workshops Social Media service, the latest new release news for some of our key CRM products all reinforce the focus of the last year or so on increasing integration with Social Media applications like Twitter, Linkedin and Facebook...

• SAGE CRM 7.2 was released on 14^th May and although this was covered with a quick MAS update on Twitter (@MASCRM) and an announcement for our Company Followers on our Linkedin page you can download the SAGE CRM 7.2 CRM Update pdf here.  Some of the highlights include:-

• GoldMine Premium Edition 9.2 is now available for those on active maintenance also GoldMine announced that a new release, provsionally using a new naming convention GoldMine Premium Edition 2013 will be released in the late Summer.  More details on the future of GoldMine's future releases all indicate further enhancements in this area.  In release 9.2, the focus was again on Social Media with new custom fields and GM+View templates now including links to Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter.  More news in our next newsletter in August.
  
  
  
• MS Dynamics CRM 2011 update on the new release for Q3 2013, code named 'Orion', this will feature a new look user interface, which can be previewed and  will also include stronger links to Social Media as well as more marketing automation integration.
